U.S. PROCESSING

When will I receive my order?
  1. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order details and the selected shipping method.
  2. Your order confirmation email will show the stock status for each individual item purchased (either “in-stock” or a future expected shipping date for backordered items)
  3. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click on the “Track Shipment” link within the email to receive the most up-to-date tracking information.  If you have a tracking number, you can also check the status by clicking here.
  4. Please allow 4-6 business days transit time to receive your order once it has shipped. This time frame pertains to orders placed within the continental United States and does not include Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing Time – Processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship.  In-stock items received by 12PM EST normally process the same day or the next business day.  Embroidered items will add an additional 2-3 business days to the processing time.

Backordered/Future Ship Items – Once a backordered item is received in the warehouse, it will ship immediately via the selected shipping method.

Business Days – Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Multiple Shipments – Some items may be shipped separately, directly from the manufacturer.  If multiple items are ordered, it is possible that you will receive more than one shipment.

Embroidered/Custom Logo Items – Items that include embroidery or a custom logo will ship after the embroidery process has been completed.  Typically, custom logo embroidery will add an additional processing time of 2-3 business days.

Free Shipping on Orders $99 – Orders that have a subtotal of $99 or more qualify for free U.S. ground shipping.  The subtotal does not include embroidery, gift cards, and taxes.

Cancellation and Change Policy – We cannot edit an order once it has been placed. Due to automatic order processing, orders can only be canceled within an hour after it has been placed.

U.S. Territories – Orders for the U.S. Territories will be shipped via the United States Postal Service and are not qualified for Express delivery. U.S. Territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. Armed Forces – Americas, Europe and Pacific.

P.O. Box and APO/FPO – Sorry, we are unable to apply Express Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territory addresses.

Standard Shipping – In-stock items shipping from our warehouse should arrive to you within 4-6 business days after your order is placed. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer to arrive.  Your items may arrive in separate packages.

Express Shipping – For an additional $24.95 per shipping address, express shipping can be applied to in-stock items only for most destinations within the continental United States. Orders received by 12PM EST typically will process the same or next business day.  You should receive your order within the next two business days.

We have partnered with a trusted company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add the items that you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. How much is shipping?

The international shipping cost will be calculated & guaranteed during the Globalshopex global checkout & is calculated based on the service level, the number of items purchased, the weight of the items, the destination country and all applicable duties & taxes.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities & is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the merchandise purchased, the classification of the merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted & used by the countries Globalshopex supports, and the Value Added Tax (VAT) rates set by the destination country.
