HOW TO SHIP YOUR U.S. RETURN/EXCHANGE
We strive for 100% satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 60 days of receipt. For your convenience, you may complete your return at one of our stores or online. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.

OPTION A: RETURN LABEL ONLINE – $8.95 CHARGE APPLIES
For online returns, please follow these instructions to print out a FedEx shipping label from our website (you will be charged a non-refundable $8.95):
- Please log into your account.
- Go To "My Orders".
- Click on "View Order" for the order that you wish to make a return.
- Click on the "Create FedEx Return Label" link, which will take you to another page.
- Click "Create Labels".
Scroll down the page to find the “Return Label(s)” section. Once you get there, click on “PDF” to download the label to your computer. Print the label and affix it to your package with the item(s) you wish to return and your completed return form. If the original package is not available, an alternative box or package can be used.
Securely attach the label to the largest side of the package (be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label on the package).
You can return the package by placing it in your mailbox, placing it in a USPS collection box, dropping it off at the post office, requesting a pickup from the post office, or dropping off the package at a FedEx location. To find a location near you, please go to www.usps.com or www.fedex.com.
We suggest keeping a copy of the shipping label for reference, as well as a copy of the return tracking number.
OPTION B: SEND VIA INSURED CARRIER – SHIPPER OF YOU CHOICE
If you wish to return your order via another carrier, please send your package along with a completed return form to:

We recommend insuring your return shipment along with tracking information, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.
U.S. LOST PACKING SLIP
If you've lost your packing slip, simply include your order number, name, address and items you are returning on a piece of paper. If you do not know your order number, call us at 1-866-972-2849 and we will be happy to help. We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.
U.S. WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
For fastest service, call us at 1-866-972-2849 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.
If item is returned in new condition within 60 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, call us at 1-866-972-2849 and we will search for your order information. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.
