What information does Uniform City collect about me? Every time you visit our website, we automatically collect your Internet service provider's address, the Web page from which you came, and a record of your activity on our site. This information does not identify you personally in any way, and merely records the general patterns of your use of our site.

When you purchase from Uniform City or request a catalog, we collect information that you volunteer such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date (for orders only), and information necessary to process your order or send you the catalog.
